气滞胃痛颗粒治疗肠易激综合征的应用及临床观察

Clinical Observation of Qizhiweitong Granule in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:探讨气滞胃痛颗粒治疗肠易激综合征的应用效果。方法:将80例肠易激综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组应用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上应用气滞胃痛颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:所有患者经治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现药物不良反应。结论:应用气滞胃痛颗粒治疗肠易激综合征能够取得显著的效果。

Objective: To explore the application effect of Qizhiweitong granule in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:80 cases of irritable bowel syndrome patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group,while the control group was treated with conventional therapy,Qizhiweitong granule in the treatment of observation group on the basis of this,therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results:Two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect comparison,observation group treatment effect was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There were no adverse drug reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Application ofQizhiweitong granule in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome can achieve significant results,it is recommended for clinical application.
