摘要
菜市场作为基础公共服务配套的一部分,为满足市民的日常生活需求提供了极大的便利。长久以来,上海市依照相关规划和管理规范,逐渐形成了较为完善的菜市场规划布局,菜市场的建设标准与服务水平也不断提高。上海市中心城菜市场具有独特的发展特征,也逐渐凸显出用地条件受限、经营理念落后、空间特色不鲜明、环境品质较差等一系列问题。首先分析上海中心城菜市场的现状和特点,然后研究国外各类运营成功的菜市场、集市等,对比分析各自的发展特征,最后探索新时期上海中心城菜市场发展的若干新策略。
As a part of infrastructure, markets offer great convenience for meeting citizens’ public daily needs. Based on relative planning instruments and guidelines, Shanghai has formed a well-rounded plan of distribution of markets, and improved building standards and service. Inner-city has its particular developing route, for instance limitation of land, slow business concept, inconspicuous design, poor quality of space, etc. This article outlines several strategies for developing Shanghai markets in the future by comparing overseas cases.
