摘要
VoLTE是基于LTE网络为用户提供高质量语音业务的技术,作为国内运营商应对OTT挑战的关键技术,对运营商的战略转型有着不同寻常的意义。随着各大运营商对VoLTE的快速部署,VoLTE已经逐步能够为用户提供高质量的通话感知,但由于新技术的复杂性以及建设部署过中的不确定性,当前VoLTE业务仍存在许多感知问题,本文作者发现VoLTE用户呼叫110等紧急号码、95xxx(银行等特殊服务类号码)时需要回落到CS网络接续问题,对用户感知造成了很大影响。为了解决以上问题,本文对针对性地对此问题进行了深入研究和分析,得出问题的原因,并提出了4种解决方案,以达到提升VoLTE用户业务感知的目的。
VoLTE is based on the LTE network to provide high-quality voice service to users. It’s the key technologies when domestic operators meet the challenges of OTT. With the rapid deployment of VoLTE network, VoLTE has been able to gradually provide users with superior voice quality perception, but because of the complexity of the new technology deployment, there are still many current problems. The authors have found that when VoLTE users call 110 and other emergency numbers, 95xxx, the users have to fall to the CS network, therefore the users feel signifi cant uncomfortable. To solve this problem, this paper targeted study of this issue, and proposes four optimization solutions, in order to make the VoLTE user experience better.
