运营商与ICP信息共享策略研究

Research on information sharing strategy for ISP and ICP

目前,终端用户访问互联网内容时,由运营商负责提供传输和网络,由内容提供商提供内容,同时内容提供商根据服务器的负载情况、终端用户归属进行相应的调度。由于运营商掌握网络拥塞情况和终端用户相关信息,为提升调度有效性,运营商与内容提供商进行信息共享,有利于提升调度效率,最终提升用户体验。本文对信息共享的内容和方式进行分析研究,提出信息共享策略,从而指导内容运营。

At present, the ISP provide transport and network while the ICP provide content when users want to get the Internet information. Also, depending on the load of the servers and the location of users the ICP schedule accordingly. As ISP master the network congestion and the location of the users, the ISP share information to the ICP is very important, it’s useful to improve the scheduling effi ciency and to improve the users’ experience. In this paper, we analyze the information sharing strategy, including the sharing information and means to guide the content operations.
