金标法、间接血凝法与酶联免疫法检测弓形虫IgG抗体的对比研究

Comparative study of gold standard method,indirect blood coagulation method and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of toxoplasma gondii IgG antibody

目的:探讨金标法、间接血凝法与酶联免疫法检测弓形虫IgG抗体的价值。方法:利用金标法、间接血凝法与酶联免疫法平行检测12只实验感染弓形虫家兔的血清,作为观察组;对12只正常的、未感染弓形虫的家兔进行血清平行检测,作为对照组。结果:金标法、间接血凝法的特异性、敏感性、检测效率以及综合评分均明显高于酶联免疫法(P<0.05)。结论:金标法、间接血凝法更加适用于实验动物家兔弓形虫IgG抗体检测,金标法、间接血凝法与酶联免疫法3种方法在平行检测中缺乏一致性。

Objective:To explore the value of gold standard method,indirect blood coagulation method and enzyme linkedimmunosorbent assay for the detection of toxoplasma gondii IgG antibody.Methods:We used the gold standard method,indirectblood coagulation method and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to detect the serum of12experimental rabbits infected withtoxoplasma gondii,as the observation group,and we detected the serum of12normal rabbits without infection of toxoplasma gondii,as the control group.Results:The specificity,sensitivity,detection efficiency and comprehensive score of the gold standard method,indirect blood coagulation method were significantly higher than those of the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gold standard method and indirect blood coagulation method were more suitable for the detection of toxoplasmagondii IgG antibody in experimental animals,and there have the lack of consistency among the3methods of gold standard method,indirect blood coagulation method and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.
