体外震波碎石术术后并发症的防治分析

Prevention and cure of complications after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

目的:探讨体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系结石术后并发症的原因及防治措施。方法:收治体外震波碎石术治疗的患者230例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:术后并发症有血尿、泌尿系感染、疼痛、石街及肾出血等。结论:在进行体外震波碎石术治疗时,应做好术前准备,强化术中监控,做好术后对并发症的防治护理及对症处理,减少并发症发生。

Objective:To explore the causes and prevention and cure measures of complications after extracorporeal shock wavelithotripsy in the treatment of urinary tract stone.Methods:230patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Postoperative complications were hematuria,urinary tract infection,pain,steinstrasse and renal hemorrhage.Conclusion:In the applicaiton of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,we should get ready forthe operation,strengthen intraoperative monitoring,carry out prevention and treatment care and symptomatic treatment forpostoperative complication,so as to reduce the incidence of complications.
