管状胃代食管术与全胃代食管术治疗食管癌的疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of curative effect between reconstruction of the esophagus by gastric tube and reconstruction of the esophagus by total stomach in the treatment of esophageal cancer

目的:比较管状胃代食管术与全胃代食管术治疗食管癌的疗效。方法:收治食管癌患者92例,随机分为两组。对照组给予全胃代食管术治疗,研究组给予管状胃代食管术治疗,比较两组临床指标及术后并发症。结果:研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:管状胃代食管术治疗食管癌的疗效显著,并发症发生率较低。

Objective:To compare the curative effect between reconstruction of the esophagus by gastric tube and reconstruction ofthe esophagus by total stomach in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods:92cases of patients with esophageal cancer weredivided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with reconstruction of the esophagus by total stomach.Theresearch group was treated with reconstruction of the esophagus by gastric tube.The clinical indexes and postoperativecomplications between groups were compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the research group wassignificantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reconstruction of the esophagus by gastric tube in the treatment of esophageal cancer had significant curative effect and lowerincidence of complications.
