杞菊地黄汤加味配合羟糖甘滴眼液治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼临床研究

Clinical research of Qiju Dihuang decoction with hydroxyl glycoside eyedrops in the treatment of hepatorenal yin deficient of dry eye

目的:探讨杞菊地黄汤加味配合羟糖甘滴眼液治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼的临床疗效。方法:收治肝肾阴虚型干眼患者104例,按照治疗方法分为两组。对照组给予羟糖甘滴眼液治疗,观察组给予杞菊地黄汤加味配合羟糖甘滴眼液治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后FL低于对照组(P<0.05),SIT和BUT均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:杞菊地黄汤加味配合羟糖甘滴眼液治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qiju Dihuang decoction with hydroxyl glycoside eyedrops in thetreatment of hepatorenal yin deficient of dry eye.Methods:104cases of patients with hepatorenal yin deficient of dry eye weredivided into two groups according to treatment.The control group was treated with hydroxyl glycoside eyedrops.The observationgroup was treated with Qiju Dihuang decoction with hydroxyl glycoside eyedrops.The clinical curative effect between groups wascompared.Results:After treatment,the FL in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the SITand BUT were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higherthan that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiju Dihuang decoction withhydroxyl glycoside eyedrops in the treatment of hepatorenal yin deficient of dry eye had significant clinical effect.
