超声在动静脉内瘘血液透析通路建立前后的应用

Application of ultrasound before and after the establishment of hemodialysis access for internal arteriovenous fistula

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在动静脉内瘘血液透析通路建立前后的应用效果。方法:收治维持性血液透析患者42例,在动静脉内瘘(AVF)血液透析通路建立前后给予彩色多普勒超声检查。结果:3例放弃手术,其余均造瘘成功。头静脉血栓5例,吻合口血栓3例,瘘旁形成血肿2例,头静脉局限性扩张1例。结论:彩色多普勒超声为血液透析患者动静脉内瘘术前血管的选择、吻合部位的确定及术后动静脉内瘘血管通路的临床监测提供了科学依据。

Objective:To explore the application effect of color doppler ultrasound before and after the establishment ofhemodialysis access for internal arteriovenous fistula.Methods:42cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis were givencolor doppler ultrasound before and after the establishment of hemodialysis access for internal arteriovenous fistula(AVF).Results:3cases gave up surgery.The rest had successful internal arteriovenous fistula.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound suppliedscientific basis for the choice of preoperative blood vessels and the determination of the anastomosis site and the monitoring of thevascular access for arteriovenous fistula in patients with hemodialysis.
