摘要
目的:总结无痛内镜下尼龙绳套扎联合高频电刀切除大肠息肉的临床护理要点。方法:收治无痛内镜下大肠息肉切除术患者32例(39枚息肉),给予尼龙绳套扎联合高频电刀切除大肠息肉,对其临床护理配合情况进行分析。结果:32例行息肉尼龙绳套扎并切除成功,术后无严重并发症和麻醉意外发生。结论:无痛内镜下尼龙绳套扎联合高频电刀切除大肠息肉治疗具有显著的疗效。
Objective:To summarize the clinical nursing points of painless endoscopic nylon cord ligation combined with highfrequency electric knife resection of colorectal polyps.Methods:32patients(39polyps)with painless endoscopic resection ofcolorectal polyps were selected.They were given nylon cord ligation combined with high frequency electric knife resection ofcolorectal polyps.The clinical nursing cooperation was analyzed.Results:32cases of polyps nylon cord ligation were resectedsuccessfully,and no serious complications and anesthetic accidents occurred after operation.Conclusion:Painless endoscopicnylon cord ligation combined with high frequency electric knife resection of colorectal polyps treatment has a significant curativeeffect.
