一次性吸痰管连接注射器在炎症性肠病患者灌肠中的应用价值

Application effect of disposable sputum suction pipe connecting syringe in enema of patients with inflammatory bowel disease

目的:探讨一次性吸痰管连接一次性注射器在炎症性肠病患者灌肠中的应用价值。方法:收治炎症性肠病患者50例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规肛管灌肠,观察组采用一次性吸痰管连接一次性注射器灌肠,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率和并发症发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一次性吸痰管连接一次性注射器在炎症性肠病患者灌肠中的应用价值显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of disposable sputum suction pipe connecting syringe in enema of patientswith inflammatory bowel disease.Methods:50cases of patients with inflammatory bowel disease were selected.They were randomlydivided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine anal enema.The observation groupwas given enema with disposable sputum suction pipe connecting syringe.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate and incidence of complications were significantly better than those in thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of disposable sputum suction pipe connecting syringe in enema ofpatients with inflammatory bowel disease was significant.
