一站式急救护理模式对重症颅脑创伤患者救治成功率的影响

Effect of one-stop emergency nursing mode on the treatment success rate of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma

目的:探讨一站式急救护理模式对重症颅脑创伤患者救治成功率的影响。方法:收治重症颅脑创伤患者80例,随机分成观察组及对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用一站式急救护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组急诊反应、救治时间、转送时间、救治成功率及护理服务满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一站式急救护理能有效提高救治成功率,节约抢救时间,优化护理服务质量,提升护理服务满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of one-stop emergency nursing mode on the treatment success rate of patients withsevere craniocerebral trauma.Methods:80patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were selected.They were randomly dividedinto the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was givenone-stop emergency nursing mode.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,emergencyresponse,treatment time,transfer time,treatment success rate and nursing service satisfaction were significantly better than thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:One-stop emergency nursing mode can effectively improve the success rate of treatment,savethe time of rescue,optimize the quality of nursing service and improve the satisfaction of nursing service.
