康复治疗在膝关节周围骨折术后的应用意义评析

Application significance analysis of the rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of postoperative fracture of knee joint

目的:探讨康复治疗在膝关节周围骨折术后的应用意义。方法:收治行膝关节周围骨折术治疗患者75例,将其随机分为常规组和康复组。常规组术后给予常规治疗;康复组在常规组基础上给予早期康复治疗。结果:康复组患者膝关节功能恢复总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);术后3个月康复组较常规组膝关节功能评分和膝关节活动范围的改善更显著(P<0.05);康复组骨折愈合不良事件发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:康复治疗在膝关节周围骨折术后的应用价值高,可有效改善患者膝关节功能,扩大活动范围,减少不良事件发生,提高愈合质量。

Objective:To explore the application significance of the rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of postoperative fractureof knee joint.Methods:75patients with postoperative fracture of knee joint were selected.They were randomly divided into theroutine group and the rehabilitation group.The routine group was given the routine treatment,and the rehabilitation group wasgiven early rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the routine treatment group.Results:The total effective rate of knee joint functionrecovery of the rehabilitation group patients was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05);after3months ofoperation,the knee function score and range of motion of knee joint improvement of the rehabilitation group were more significantthan the routine group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events of the rehabilitation group was significantly lower than that of theconventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of fracture of knee joint is high,which can improve the function of knee joint effectively,improve the range of activities,reduce the incidence of adverse events andimprove the quality of healing.
