个性化心理护理对社区丧偶空巢老人干预的效果评估

Effect of individualized psychological nursing intervention on community widowed empty nester

目的:探讨个性化心理护理对于社区丧偶空巢老人干预的效果。方法:收治丧偶空巢老人60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规的社区护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上给予个性化心理护理模式,比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组患者临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化心理护理对社区空巢老人干预的效果显著,能有效改善健康状况和生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized psychological nursing intervention on community widowed emptynester.Methods:60cases of widowed empty nester were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and thecontrol group.The control group was given routine community nursing.The observation group was given individualizedpsychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the intervention effect of two groups.Results:After intervention,in the observation group,the improvement of clinical symptoms was significantly better than that in the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of individualized psychological nursing intervention on community widowed empty nesterwas significant,which can effectively improve the health and quality of life.
