摘要 目的:探讨人性化管理理念在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法:收治手术患者14 208例,按照实施人性化管理理念的时间顺序分为两组。对照组7 003例给予常规护理,观察组7 205例给予人性化管理理念下的手术室护理。结果:观察组患者不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理态度、护理人员操作素质、处理突发事件能力、健康教育宣传情况等指标满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化管理理念在手术室护理管理中发挥着重要的作用,不但能显著减少手术室不良事件,且能提高患者护理满意度。 Objective:To explore the application of humanistic management in nursing management in operation room.Methods:14208cases of surgical patients were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the sequence of the implementation ofhuman management philosophy time.In the control group,7003cases were given routine nursing,and the observation group with7205cases were given the idea of humanistic management of operation room nursing.Results:The adverse events incidence of theobservation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the patients’nursingattitude,nursing staff operation quality,the ability to deal with emergencies,health education and publicity and other indicators ofthe observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic managementconcept plays an important role in nursing management in the operation room,which not only can reduce adverse events in theoperation room significantly,but also can improve the patients’satisfaction of nursing.
