汉川市湾潭乡院前急救知识需求指导调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the knowledge demand of pre-hospital emergency care in Wantan twon of Hanchuan City

目的:了解院前急救知识需求,为指导和制定符合社会需求的院前急救知识普及工作和有针对性地拟定培训计划提供科学依据。方法:选取湾潭乡村民420例,通过面对面问卷调查的方式收集资料。结果:420例村民对院前急救知识的需求指导分别是发热、冠心病、脑卒中、创伤、食物中毒、药物中毒、农药中毒、食管气道异物、动物咬伤、溺水、中暑、烧烫伤、电击伤。结论:村民对院前急救知识需求指导较高,制定有针对性的院前急救知识培训计划,加强对村医和文化程度较高的村民院前急救知识的培训,不断提高其急救知识水平,才能使村民真正做到把院前急救知识运用到实际生活当中。

Objective:To understand the requirements of pre-hospital emergency care,in order to provide scientific basis for theguidance and development of pre-hospital first aid knowledge popularization and targeted training program.Methods:420villagerswere selected from Wantan town,then the data from the questionnaire survey was collected.Results:420villagers demand forknowledge guidance of pre-hospital emergency were fever,coronary heart disease,stroke,trauma,food poisoning,drug poisoning,poisoning,food airway foreign body,animal bites,drowning,heat stroke,burns,electric injury.Conclusion:The villagers had highdemand for pre-hospital care knowledge,so the knowledge of pre-hospital first aid training plan should be made,and strengthenfirst aid training for village doctors and villagers with higher educational level,improve the level of first aid knowledge constantly,to make the villagers apply the pre-hospital first aid knowledge to the actual life truly.
