体验后反思在《护理人际沟通与礼仪》教学中的应用

摘要 近年来我国由医患关系而引发的社会事件频繁发生,其中一部分原因就在于医护人员不能够有效与患者进行沟通,在实际的工作中忽视了护理礼仪。在实际的教学过程中,对于护理人员来说学习人际沟通的一些方式与人际交往礼仪可以更好地同患者进行有效的沟通,很多教师都会选择在教学中应用体验后反思的方式对学生进行护理知识的传授。文章主要研究的是体验后反思在《护理人际沟通与礼仪》教学中的应用。 In recent years,the social events triggered by the relationship between doctors and patients in china occurredfrequently.Part of the reason is that health care workers can not effectively communicate with patients.In the actual work,theyneglect the nursing etiquette.In the actual teaching process,it is better for the nurses to study interpersonal communication andinterpersonal etiquette to communicate effectively with the patients.A lot of teachers will choose the way of reflection afterapplication experience in teaching nursing knowledge for students.The article mainly studies the application of experiencereflection in the teaching of nursing interpersonal communication and etiquette.
