摘要
伴随着电伴热取代蒸气伴热在流程工业尤其是石化行业得到越来越广泛的应用,对电伴热系统的要求越来越高,从原来的只要求发热逐步发展到对控制精度、实时性、可靠性、安全性等的全面要求。回顾了电伴热的发展历史,分析了工业现场对电伴热的实际需求,结合电伴热系统的系统组成对其发展做了展望。
With electrical trace heating instead of steam trace heating is more and more applied in process industry, especially in petrochemical industry, it requires that the electrical heat tracing system has precision and real-time performance, reliability, and security.This article reviews the history of electrical trace heating and analyzes the real application requirement, then try to give some guides to the EHT system development.
