摘要
抗增殖蛋白是一种在进化过程中高度保守的蛋白,其广泛分布于细菌、果蝇、酵母、原虫及哺乳类动物的多种生物细胞中,具有明显的抗增殖作用。抗增殖蛋白具有多种生物学功能,是细胞核内重要的转录调控因子,起到负调节细胞周期的作用,主要定位于细胞膜、线粒体内膜和细胞核中。鉴于抗增殖蛋白在线粒体中的特殊生物学功能研究,通过对线粒体疾病发病原理的科学分析,系统阐述了其生物学功能和在一些线粒体疾病中起到的重要作用。
Prohibitin is a kind of highly conserved protein in evolution.It is widely distributed in many biological cells such as bacteria,fruit flies,yeasts,protozoa and mammals.Prohibitin has many biological functions.It is an important transcriptional regulator in the nucleus and plays a role in negatively regulating cell cycle.Prohibitin mainly locates in the cell membrane,mitochondrial inner membrane and nucleus.Because of the special localization,structure and function of prohibitin in mitochondrial,recent studies on the mechanism of prohibitin’s function on mitochondria-related diseases have become a hotspot,which include its effects on mitochondria-related diseases and its regulation of mitochondrial morphological changes and etc.In view of the special biological functions of prohibitin in mitochondria,the biological functions of prohibitin and its important roles in mitochondria-related diseases were systematically analyzed through the scientific analysis of the etiopathogenesis of mitochondria-related diseases.
