在科技创新居于国家发展全局核心地位的背景下,科技期刊作为展现国家科技综合实力和自主创新水平的重要媒介和平台,创新驱动成为其发展的必由之路。运用理论与实践相结合的方法,从创新思维、创新能力和创新机制等角度分析了科技期刊创新驱动的具体内涵;从体制机制创新、推动媒体融合和数字化技术发展,以及注重人才和人力资源保障等方面提出了我国科技期刊创新驱动发展的实现路径。强调创新驱动是实现我国科技期刊转型升级,提升竞争力和影响力的动力源泉。

In the context of science and technology innovation occupying the core position of the overall state development situation, the innovation driven development of scientific journals, which play the roles as major media and platform of displaying national comprehensive strength of science and technology and independent innovation level, has become an inevitable road. Via combining theory and practice, the paper analyzes the connotation of the innovation driven development of scientific journals, including innovative thinking, innovative ability and innovation mechanism. From the perspectives of system and mechanism innovation, promotion of media merging and digital technology, focusing on talent training and human resource guarantee, the path of realizing innovation driven development of scientific journals in China was proposed. In addition, the innovation driven development is also emphasized as the power source of the journals in the aspects of upgrading and transformation, competitiveness and influence improvement.
