Policy Research on Promoting the Transformation and Application of Patent Achievements

在知识经济时代,专利技术是一个国家和地区的综合创新能力的重要标志。专利的发展体现了技术的进步,但技术创新成果不能仅仅停留在理论研究阶段,必须要转化为实际生产力才能体现出价值,因此研究促进专利成果转化与运用的有效政策具有重要的现实意义。现阶段我国专利成果转化存在诸多问题,本文针对这些问题分析了主要原因,并从多个方面提出政策建议。

In the era of knowledge economy, patent technology is an important symbol of the comprehensive innovation ability of a country and a region. The patent development reflects the progress of technology, but technology innovation can not only stay in the stage of theoretical research, instead it must be converted into actual productivity in order to reflect the value, therefore the research has important practical significance and application of effective policies to promote patent achievements. At present, there are many problems in the transformation of China's patent achievements, this paper analyzes the main reasons for these problems,and puts forward policy recommendations from several aspects.
