Review on Research Frontier of Self-serving Leadership

摘要 现实商业环境中,领导者有时会以损害集体利益为代价而谋取个人利益,以此为特征的自利型领导最近受到人力资源管理理论与实践的普遍关注。基于国内外文献的梳理,系统总结了自利型领导的概念、测量、影响因素、影响结果及其与辱虐管理、非伦理领导的异同,并针对当前研究不足对未来研究方向进行了展望。 Sometimes..,leaders behave in a self-serving w ay to advance th e ir ow n interests at the expense of the common in terestsin the real business environm ent*R e cen tly,self-serving leadership has been focused on by academia and practieecircle in the fie ld of hum an resources managem ent.Based on the review of lite ra tu re at home and abroad^the concept?m easurem ent,influence factexes and consequences of:self^serying leadership were summarized system atically^and made;aeompaxative study w ith abusive supervision and unethical leadership.E nd of the paper has prospect to the futUBe researcho rien ta tion.
