摘要
为厘清大学图书馆员情绪劳动与工作满意之间的影响关系,运用结构方程与竞争模型法,构建大学图书馆员情绪劳动与工作满意之间的关系模型,并基于对西北地区大学图书馆的问卷调查,探讨表层扮演与深层扮演对内在满意与外在满意的影响。研究结果表明,大学图书馆馆员采取表层扮演对内外在满意均有明显的负向影响,采取深层扮演对内在满意有明显的正向影响,与外在满意之间无显著关系。
For the purpose of clarifying the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction of university librarians, the paper, via the structural equation and competition model, constructed the model of relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction of university librarians,and examined the impact of surface acting and deep acting on intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction on the basis of questionnaireson university libraries in the northwestern region. The results demonstrate that surface acting is associated negatively and significantly with both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction while deep acting is associated strongly and positively with intrinsic satisfaction. The results also show that the relationship between deep acting and extrinsic satisfaction is insignificant.
