探讨彩超在糖尿病周围血管病变患者中的应用

To Investigate the Application of color Doppler flow Imaging in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Vasculard Disease

目的研究分析糖尿病周围血管病变患者接受彩超诊断的临床应用价值。方法根据该院2013年7月—2016年2月的40例糖尿病周围血管病变患者来进行分析研究,同期再选取40例健康体检者来进行对比,对两组使用了双下肢血管彩超检查,比较分析两组的检出率和影像学表现,将其和彩超符合率进行比较。结果观察组患者粥样斑块、管腔狭窄、血管闭塞等的发生几率要比对照组高(P<0.05);彩超检查敏感度是67.5%,特异度是27.5%。结论彩超应用于周围血管病变筛查的临床意义重大,对患者管腔硬化和闭塞的情况能够清晰的进行观察,诊断的时候敏感性高,特异性低。

Objective To study the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral vascular disease. Methods The analysis is based on the 40 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from July 2013 to February 2016 over the same period of peripheral vascular disease, and 40 healthy persons were selected for comparison,two groups using lower extremity vascular ultrasound examination, comparative analysis of two groups of detection and imaging,and the ultrasound coincidence rate comparison. Results The incidence of atherosclerotic plaque, stenosis, vascular occlusion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); the sensitivity was 67.5% and the specificity was 27.5%. Conclusion the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular diseases is significant, and it can be observed clearly in the case of patients with the disease and occlusion.
