探讨综合治疗小儿糖尿病的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Treatment of Children with Diabetes

目的研究分析小儿糖尿病使用综合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年12月—2015年12月该院的300例小儿糖尿病患者来进行研究分析,分成AB两组,均为150例,A组使用综合治疗方式,B组使用常规治疗方式,比较两组的临床治疗情况。结果 A组的临床治疗有效率是91.33%,B组的临床治疗有效率是82.00%,A组血糖降低情况比B组优秀(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗对小儿糖尿病患者的临床效果优于常规治疗方式,临床中的治疗有效率更高,效果更好。

Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment for children with diabetes mellitus. Methods 300 cases of pediatric patients with diabetes from December 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital to carry on the research analysis, divided into two AB group, there were 150 cases, A group used comprehensive treatment, B group received conventional treatment, the clinical treatment of two groups. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in group A was 91.33%, the effective rate of clinical treatment in group B was 82%, and the blood glucose in group A was lower than that in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive treatment on children with diabetes is better than the conventional treatment, the clinical efficacy of the treatment is higher, the effect is better.
