针灸治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察及疗效影响因素探究

The Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and its Influencing Factors

目的设计对照实验对针灸治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察及疗效影响因素进行探究。方法以该院2014年7月—2015年8月128例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机分组原则将其均分为实验组、对照组,每组患者64例。其中对照组给予合理的西药治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上与针灸治疗法相结合。对两组患者治疗后的临床效果进行探讨。结果治疗后实验组患者的总有效率(90.63%)显著比对照组患者的(43.75%)高,且差异较大,P<0.05。结论针灸对2型糖尿病的治疗效果较好,不同的治疗方法对2型糖尿病的临床效果有很大影响。

Objective To design the control factors affecting the treatment of type 2 diabetes clinical observation and curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion were explored. Methods In our hospital from July 2014 to August 2015 128 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,64 cases in each group.
