乳房精油穴位按摩治疗产后乳汁淤积效果观察

Clinical observation on essential oil combined with acupoint massage in treatment of postpartum galactostasis

目的探讨乳房精油穴位按摩在产后乳汁淤积护理干预中的应用价值。方法 86例产后乳汁淤积产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组产后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用精油配合乳房穴位按摩。观察2组产妇护理后3 d泌乳情况及乳房胀痛改善情况。结果护理3 d后观察组乳汁分泌多者占88.37%(38/43),高于对照组的67.44%(29/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组0级乳房胀痛者比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后乳汁淤积护理中应用精油配合乳房穴位按摩,可有效促进乳汁分泌,缓解乳房胀痛。

Objective To investigate the effect of essential oil combined with acupoint massage in treatment of postpartum galactostasis. Methods A total of 86 puerperae with postpartum galactostasis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group. Both two groups were given routine postpartum care,and the observation group was applied with the essential oil combined with acupoint massage. The lactation condition and degree of breast tenderness were compared between two groups there days after intervention. Results The ratio of puerperae with good lactation condition was 88. 37%( 38 /43) in the observation group and was67. 44%( 29 /43) in the control group,with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). The ratio of 0 grade breast pain 3 d after intervention was higher in the observation group than that of controls( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The application of essential oils combined with breast acupoint massage can effectively promote milk secretion and relieve breast pain in puerperae with postpartum galactostasis.
