慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭护理措施探讨

Nursing measures of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure

目的观察人性化护理模式对比常规护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法 82例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各41例。2组均给予综合治疗和常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理干预。对比干预后2组心肺功能相关指标和护理满意度。结果 2组心率(HR),呼吸频率(RR),收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度97.56%,高于对照组的82.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者实施人性化护理干预,可增加患者舒适度。

Objective To observer and compare the effect between patient-oriented nursing interventions and routine nursing care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD)complicated with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 82 COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group. Both two groups were given comprehensive treatment and nursing care,and the observation group was applied with patient-oriented nursing intervention. The cardio-pulmonary function was observed and satisfaction of patients to nursing service was compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in heart rate,respiratory rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between two groups. The observation group had a higher satisfaction rate compared with the control group( P > 0. 05)( 97. 56% vs. 82. 93%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The patient-oriented nursing interventions can improve the satisfaction degree of COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure during treatment period.
