老年肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理体会

Nursing care of elderly hemodialysis patients with renal failure

目的总结老年肾功能衰竭血液透析患者护理措施。方法回顾性分析62例老年肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,记录透析结局,分析护理措施。结果通过血液透析治疗存活>2年患者50例,存活<2年患者7例,其他原因中断血液透析5例。血液透析过程中予以心理护理、生活护理、健康教育等针对性护理,提高透析疗效。结论在老年肾功能衰竭患者的血液透析过程中给予心理、饮食、动静脉瘘及并发症等护理,可有效提高血液透析效果,改善患者生命质量。

Objective To summarize the nursing measures for elderly hemodialysis patients with renal failure. Methods To retrospectively collect the clinical data of 62 elderly patients suffering from renal failure. The treatment outcome of hemodialysis and related nursing measures were analyzed.Results Of 62 patients, 50 cases with survival time over 2 years, 7 cases with survival time less than 2 years, 5 cases discontinued the treatment. Patients were given appropriate nursing interventions, including psychological care, life care, and health education. Conclusion Nursing interventions focused on mental, diet, arteriovenous fistula and complications should be carried out carefully to elderly hemodialysis patients with renal failure.
