临床护理路径在冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗患者中的应用

Application of clinical nursing path in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus undergoing interventional treatment

目的探讨临床护理路径在冠心病合并糖尿病患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法 180例冠心病合并糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各90例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组实施临床护理路径。观察2组并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论冠心病合并糖尿病患者介入治疗期间应用临床护理路径干预可有效降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus undergoing interventional treatment. Methods A total of 180 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 90 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routing nursing care during interventional treatment,while the clinical nursing path was applied to patients in the observation group. The incidence of complications and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation had lower incidence of complication and higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion During the interventional treatment,clinical nursing pathway may effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve satisfaction of patients.
