临床护理路径对ICU患者管道滑脱的预防作用

Clinical nursing pathway in prevention of catheter dislocating and falling off among ICU patients

目的探讨临床护理路径对ICU患者管道滑脱预防作用。方法选取68例ICU留置管道患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各34例。治疗期间对照组常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上采用临床护理路径进行护理,观察2组导管滑脱率、护理满意率、导管感染率。结果实验组导管滑脱率2.94%(1/34)、导管感染率5.88%(2/34),低于对照组的20.59%(7/34)和29.41%(10/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意率为100.00%(34/34)高于对照组的73.53%(25/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径对ICU患者管道滑脱的预防作用较好,患者满意率高。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in prevention of catheter dislocating and falling off among ICU patients. Methods A total of 68 ICU patients with indwelling catheter were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care and interventions based on nursing pathway were carried out in the study group. The incidence of catheter dislocating or falling off,catheter-related infection and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a lower incidence of catheter dislocating or falling off( 2. 94% vs.20. 59%,P < 0. 05) and a lower incidence of catheter-related infection( 5. 88% vs. 29. 41%,P <0. 05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 100. 00%( 34 /34) in the study group and was 73. 53%( 25 /34) in the control group,with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway is effective to prevent catheter dislocating and falling off in ICU patients.
