经尿道前列腺电切术中的综合护理干预

Comprehensive nursing measures in transurethral resection of the prostate

目的探讨综合护理干预在经尿道前列腺电切术围手术期中的应用效果。方法 116例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各58例,对照组常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较2组住院时间、疗效及护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经尿道前列腺电切术围术期实施综合护理,可促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of Comprehensive nursing measures in patients with transurethral resection of the prostate. Mehthods A total of 116 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 58 cases in each group. The control group was given routing nursing care and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures. The clinical efficacy,length of stay and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between two groups( P > 0. 05). Patients in the observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate and shorter length of stay compared with those in the control group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation status and satisfaction degree of patients with transurethral resection of the prostate.
