摘要
目的:了解广场舞对中年妇女心肺功能的影响。抽取吉首市15名初学广场舞的中年妇女为实验组,再随机抽取15名同年龄段的女性作为对照组,两组采用自身前后对照和组间对照,三个月后进行心肺功能指标测试。结果显示:经一段时间广场舞锻炼后,中年女性身体机能心率和肺活量方面有显著性提高,舒张压、收缩压等指标未表现出显著性差异,表明广场舞运动能有效降低中年妇女静息心率,改善肺功能,提高肺活量。
Objective: to understand the effects of square dancing exercise on middle-aged women,s cardio-pulmonary function.As experimental group, we drew randomly 15 middle-aged square dance women beginners in Jishou and 15 same-aged women as a comparative group. These two groups were compared between before and after, and the heart and lung function index were measured after 3 months. The results showed that after a period of exercising the square dancing, the body function, the heart rate and vital capacity improved a lot, the diastolic pressure and the systolic pressure didn’t appear distinctly different, which indicated that square dancing exercise could reduce the middle-aged women’s SHR effectively, and improve the pulmonary function and the vital capacity.
