数字化印模在牙体修复中的应用

Application of digital impression in dental restoration

目的:探讨数字化印模在牙体修复中的效果。方法:选取2015年6月?2015年12月在我院接受牙体修复患者40例，随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组接受数字化印模修复，对照组接受传统硅橡胶印模修复，比较两组患者的配准数据间的平均偏差以及初戴时间。结果:观察组平均偏差小于对照组,且每单位修复体的初戴时间和口内取模时间显著低于对照组;观察组自觉佩戴舒适人数明显高于对照组;差异具有统计学意义(P<〇.05)。结论:数字化印模较传统硅胶印模比较具有快速、更高的精度以及稳定度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of digital impression in dental restoration.Methods:There were forty patients randomly divided into observationgroup and control group from June2015to December2015.The patients in the observation group received digital printing and the control group received traditionalsilicone rubber impression.The mean deviation between the two groups of registration data and the time of initial wearing were compared.Results:The mean deviation of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the initial wearing time and the time of taking the mold in the mouthwere significantly lower than those in the control group.The number of conscious wearing comfortably in the observation group was significantly higher thanthat in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional silicone impression,the digital impressionhad the advantages of fastness,higher accuracy and stability,and it was worthy to be popularized.
