摘要
目的:调查不同层级神经内科护士临床工作能力并提出相应培训方式。方法:选择2015年4月?2016年3月期间接受临床工作能力考核的神经内科护士99名,采用医院统一规定的临床工作能力考核表,对科室不同层级的护士进行临床工作能力考核。结果:不同层级护士的临床工作能力水平不高,对不同层级的护士要采取分层培训的方式,对不同层级的护士进行临床工作能力考核时要有侧重点。结论:通过临床工作能力考核能发现不同层级护士能力短板,能更好地制定培训方案,提高综合能力。同时对考核者自身也提出更高要求。
Objective:To investigate the clinical work ability of nurses at different levels in the neurology and to put forward corresponding training methods.Methods:Selected99neurological nurses who received clinical work ability assessment from April2015to March2016.The clinical work ability of the nursesat different levels of the departments was evaluated by the hospital5s clinical work capacity assessment form.Results:The level of clinical work abilityof nurses at different departments was not high and stratified training methods should be adopted for nurses at different levels and the assessment should haveemphasis.Conclusion:Through the clinical work ability assessment,ability short board of the nurses at different levels of the departments can be found anda better training program can be developed,thus improving the comprehensive ability of them.At the same time it also put forward higher requirements onthe examiner.
