手术器械准备不足现象根本原因分析及对策

Analysis of root cause of inadequate preparation of surgical instruments and its solutions

目的:探讨根本原因分析法(RCA)在手术室手术器械准备不足现象中的应用。方法:应用RCA对68例手术室手术器械准备不足进行分析,找出导致手术器械准备不足的根本原因,然后制订针对性的整改措施,1年后比较手术室器械准备不足发生率的变化。结果:应用RCA后手术室手术器械准备不足发生情况明显低于应用RCA前(P<0.05)。结论:应用RCA能有效降低手术器械准备不足的发生率,保证手术患者安全,消除医疗安全隐患。

Objective:To explore the application of root cause analysis(RCA)in the inadequate preparation of surgical instruments in the operating room.Methods:The RCA was used to analyze68cases of inadequate preparation of surgical instruments in the operating room and to find out the root cause of theinadequate preparation of surgical instruments.Then the corrective measures were made in relate to these reasons.After one year,the incidence of inadequatepreparation of surgical instruments in the operating room was compared.Results:The incidence of inadequate preparation of surgical instruments afterthe application of RCA was significantly lower than that before(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of RCA can effectively reduce the incidence of inadequatepreparation of surgical instruments,ensure the safety of surgical patients and eliminate medical security risks.
