PDCA循环法在提高新生儿疾病筛查血片采集成功率中的应用

Application of PDCA circulation method in increasing success rate of blood collection of neonatal disease screening

目的:探讨PDCA循环法在提高新生儿疾病筛查血片采集质量中的应用效果。方法:将2015年7~9月出生的112例足月新生儿作为对照组采用常规管理模式;2015年10~12月出生的123例新生儿作为观察组，运用PDCA循环管理模式，比较两组新生儿筛查一次采血成功率和滤片质量以及两组新生儿筛查采血时间及足跟红肿发生率。结果:实施PDCA循环管理模式后，新生儿筛查采血一次成功率及滤片质量明显提高（P<0.05);新生儿采血时间<458例数多于对照组，且足跟红肿发生少于对照组<0.05)。结论:运用PDCA循环实施质量持续改进，能提高护士新生儿筛查血片采集成功率。

To explore the effect of PDCA circulation in improving the quality of blood collection of neonatal disease screening.Methods:A total of112neonatesborn from July2015to September2015were randomly selected as the control group and treated with traditional management model.In the study,123newborns with weight of from October2015to December2015were selected as observation group and were treated with PDCA cycle management model.Theblood collection success rate,quality of the filter,neonatal screening blood collection time and the incidence of heel swelling of the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate and quality of the newborn screening were significantly improved after PDCA cycle management(P<0.05).The numberof neonates with blood collection time less than45s was more than that of the control group and the heel swelling numbers of the observation group was lessthan that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using PDCA cycle to implement continuous quality improvement can improve the success rate of neonatalscreen blood collection.
