创建本科生老年护理专业方向课程的实践

Practice of establishing undergraduate course of geriatric nursing

目的:应对老龄化社会对高级老年护理人才的需求。方法:在高等医学院校中开设本科"老年护理专业方向",并对其开展内涵建设。结果:"十二五"期间,在教学理念、教育模式、课程设置、实践教学、教学方法、教学评价等方面形成了一定特色。结论:本科老年护理专业方向的建设在国内同类院校中起到了一定的引领示范作用,并产生了一定的社会影响。

Objective:To address the needs of aging caregivers in an aging society.Methods:In the medical colleges and universities,set up undergraduate"geriatric nursing",and underwent its connotation construction.Results:During the12th Five-Year Plan period,some characteristics were formed in the aspectsof teaching idea,education mode,curriculum setting,practicing and teaching,teaching method and teaching evaluation.Conclusion:The construction ofthe direction of undergraduate geriatric nursing played a leading role in similar institutions in China,and had a certain social impact.
