摘要
以工业副产混合C10和α-烯烃为原料,BF3为催化剂,在1 L高压反应釜中进行聚合,考察了α-烯烃种类及其用量、反应压力、反应温度、反应时间和引发剂种类及其用量等工艺条件对聚合反应的影响。结果表明,混合C10和1-十二烯共聚得到的聚α-烯烃(PAO)性能较好,以异丙醇为引发剂,在引发剂与原料的物质的量之比为0.010,混合C10和1-十二烯烃物质的量之比为3,温度为25℃和压力为0.4 MPa的条件下反应2 h,原料α-烯烃的转化率为98.15%,聚合产品PAO 100℃的黏度为6.05 mm^2/s,40℃的黏度为35 mm^2/s,黏度指数为120,倾点为-48℃。
Polymerization experiment was completed in an autoclave(1L)using industrial by-product mixtureof decene andα-olefins as raw materials and isopropyl alcohol as initiator over BF3catalyst.The effects ofthe species and amount ofα-olefins,reaction pressure,reaction temperature,reaction time and the types andamount of initiators on the polymerization process were investigated.The results showed that thepoly-alpha-olefins(PAO)obtained by copolymerization of C10and1-dodecene had a satisfactoryperformance.The conversion ofα-olefins reached98.10%under the conditions of molar ratio of mixed C10to1-dodecene of3,molar ratio of initiator(isopropyl alcohol)to raw material of0.010,the reactiontemperature of25℃,the reaction pressure of0.4MPa and the reaction time of2h.The PAO possessedexcellent performance with the kinematic viscosity6.02mm2/s at100℃,34.72mm2/s at40℃,theviscosity index120,and the pour point-48℃.
