摘要
用硝酸对凉茶的原料进行消解,再用火焰原子吸收光谱法对潮汕凉茶中的Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、K、Na、Mn、Cu、Cr、Co、Ni、Pb等12种微量元素含量进行测定.结果表明:在12种微量元素中,K与Ca在潮汕凉茶及其各组成药材中含量较高,而Ni与Co的含量却相对较低,在潮汕“苦水”凉茶中,含量由高到低的微量元素顺序为:K>Ca>Mg>Fe>Cr>Mn>Na>Cu>Zn>Pb>Ni>Co,且本实验在检测过程中,标准回归曲线的线性相关系数在0.9915~0.9982之间,检出限在0.008~0.888μg/g之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.106~4.517μg/g之间,回收率在95.1%~104.8%之间.根据实验结果可以发现,潮汕凉茶中含有多种对人体有益的微量元素,具有一定的药用价值和科学研究价值.
Objective:using the method of flame atomic absorption to determine the trace elements in Chaoshan "bitter" herbal tea.Methods:using nitric acid to the raw material of herbal tea, and then by applying flame atomic absorption method to Chaoshan "bitter" cool tea to determine the 12 kinds of trace elements: Ca, Mg, Fe,Zn, K, Na, Mn, Cu, Cr, Co, Ni, Pb, 12 kinds of trace elements.Results:among the twelve kinds of trace elements,the content of K and Ca in Chaoshan "bitter" herbal tea and is high, and the content of Ni and Co is relativelylow. In the chaoshan "bitter" cool tea, the content of the sequence is:K > Ca > Mg > Fe > Cr > Mn > Na >Cu > Zn > Pb > Ni > Co. In the experiment in the process of detection, standard regression curve of the linearrelationship is between 0.9915and 0.9982; detection limit is between 0.008 μg /g to 0.888 μg /g; the relativestandard deviation(RSD)is between 0.106 μg /g and 4.517 μg /g; and recovery is between 95.1% ~ 104.8%.So the result is satisfactory.Conclusion:according to the result of the experiment, we can find that the Chaoshan herbal tea contains a variety of trace elements beneficial to human body, and has some medicinal value and scientific research value.
