清远“两德”飞地产业园发展的探讨

On the Development of Qingyuan Yingde&Shunde Enclave Industrial Park

佛山市顺德区政府和清远市英德市政府签订了《区域经济合作协议》,共建"顺德-英德"产业园.采用"飞地经济"理论分析与"顺德-英德"飞地产业园发展实际相结合,来总结"顺德-英德"飞地产业园取得成绩,分析其存在问题,提出"顺德-英德"飞地产业园发展的建议.

Shunde district government of Foshan City and Yingde city government of Qingyuan signed a regional economic cooperation agreement to construct Yingde & Shunde Industrial Park. This paper analyses the achievements and problems of Yingde&Shunde Enclave Industrial Park on the basis of the enclave economy theory and the reality of development of the Enclave Industrial Park, and gives suggestion on its development.
