摘要
科学有效的电力能效评估,不但可以综合反映电网或用户的整体用能状况及主要能耗问题,还能够根据评估结果,有针对性地制订节能方案,为节能减排工作提供借鉴和帮助。本文针对电力能效评估目前存在的关键问题,研究了国内外电力能效评估的新进展,综述了电力能效评估指标体系与主要评估方法,提出了一种基于物理架构以及功能架构的电力能效评估系统设计,并且对其各模块实际应用作了简要说明。
Scientific and effective energy efficiency assessment not only can reflect the grid or the user's overall energy situation and main problem of energy consumption comprehensively, but also according to the evaluation results, aiming at making energy-saving scheme and providing referenceand help for energy-saving emission reduction work. This paper summarizes the research progress ofpower energy efficiency evaluation both the domestic and foreign, points out the key problems of powerenergy efficiency evaluation at present, summarizes the power energy efficiency evaluation index system and the main evaluation methods, presents a design of the energy efficiency evaluation system based on the physical architecture and the functional architecture, and briefly describes the practical application of each module Description.
