摘要
为了研究不同金属粉在等离子体点火中的形貌特征及对发射药点火燃烧性能的影响,设计了新型的圆盘状等离子体发生器,采用铝粉和铜粉进行了敞开环境中的等离子体点火试验及密闭爆发器中的点火燃烧试验。实验结果表明:与含铝粉的等离子体相比,含铜粉的等离子体点火产生的灼热粒子物质较多,更有助于发射药的点燃;而含铝粉的等离子体点火持续时间较长,使得发射药的燃气生成速率有了较大提高,改变了发射药的燃烧渐增性。说明金属粉的存在能够对等离子体的点火效能产生影响,通过选取匹配性的金属粉及等离子体的装填控制条件,有可能对发射药的燃烧规律进行控制。
In order to research the appearance characteristics of different metal powder in plasma ignition, and the effect on ignition and combustion properties of gun propellant, the new-type disk-shaped plasma producing device was designed, and the plasma ignition experiment using aluminium and copper powder were carried out, under the opening and closed bomb environment. The results showed that comparing with the aluminium powder, copper powder in plasma ignition generated moreardor granules and helped to ignite gun propellant. Meanwhile, aluminium powder in plasma ignition had a longer combustiontime, so that the gun propellant gas producing ratio was increased, and the progressive burning was changed. As a result, the metal powder have an influence on the plasma ignition efficiency. Through choosing the matching metal powder and the loading controlling condition of plasma, the gun propellant burning rule could be controlled.
