Validity and facts are tow important concepts in hitorical cognition. In this thesis,the author first introduce Britain philosopher Willian H. Walsh ‘s opinion about validity and facts. Then the author give some Chinese scholar’s views. In the end,the author also talk out her personal opinion about the relationship between validity and facts.
