皖北城乡物流一体化构架下连锁企业配送博弈分析

The Game Analysis of Distribution of The Chain Enterprises Based on Northern Anhui Urban-rural Logistics Integration

连锁企业利用第三方配送中心实施统一配送有利于推进皖北城乡物流一体化的发展。在分析连锁企业物流配送对皖北城乡物流一体化的影响的基础上,构建了皖北城乡物流一体化构架下连锁企业物流配送网络体系,该配送网络以配送中心为核心,连接工业品供应商、农产品供应商、城市连锁超市、农村连锁超市,并建立连锁企业物流配送博弈模型解决连锁企业配送网络中供应商-配送中心-连锁超市三级供应链的利润优化问题,最后通过算例分析证实了模型的有效性。研究结果显示:当配送中心、供应商、连锁超市合理定价时,供应链上的各节点企业均能获得最大利润。

Using the third party distribution center is useful to advance the development of urban-rural logistics integration for the chain enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the impact of the chain enterprise logistics distribution to Northern Anhui urbanrural logistics integration, the thesis constructs logistics distribution network system of the chain enterprises based on Northern Anhui urban—rural logistics integration which takes distribution center as the core, that connects industrial products suppliers, agricultural products suppliers, city chain supermarkets and rural chain supermarkets. It establishes the logistics distribution game model of the chain enterprises to solve the profit optimization problem of three level supply chain which consisted of suppliers, distribution centers and chain supermarkets. Finally, the example analysis confirms the validity of the model. The research results shows that all of the nodes of the supply chain can get the maximum profit when the distribution center, supplier and chain supermarket price reasonably.
