大学生公寓管理是新时期高校管理工作的重中之重,体现了高校管理的时代性与必然性。大学生公寓管理人员是高校管理的中坚力量,其素质的提升具有重要的时代意义和现实诉求。当前大学生公寓管理人员存在服务意识淡薄、乏基本职业素养、人文关怀意识不足等问题。必须加强对大学生公寓管理人员的素质提升,应采取以下策略:增强服务意识,坚持以人为本理念为根本导向;注重职业素养建设,完善大学生公寓管理人员的培养机制;创新大学生公寓管理人员岗位职能,实现素质的全面提升。

In the new period,University apartment management is the most important work among university management,and it reflectsthe inevitability and the times of university management.University apartment managers are the backbone of the management of collegesand universities.Therefore,improving their quality has important significance and practical demands.Currently,students’apartmentmanagement staff has some issues in weakness of service consciousness,lack of basic professionalism,lack of awareness of humane careand other issues.It is necessary to improve the comprehensive quality of university apartment managers and the following strategiesshould be taken:strengthening the consciousness of service;adhering to the concept of people-centered education as a fundamentalguide;paying attention to the construction of professional quality;improving the training mechanism of university apartment managers,and innovating functions of university apartment managers'job.These strategies should be adopted in order to achieve the promotionscientifically and effectively.
