中国—东盟智慧物流园区管理信息平台构建研究

The Research of Construction of China-ASEAN Intelligent Logistic Park Management Information Platform

文章综合应用系统科学方法,结合产业园区政策,对智慧物流技术、管理信息平台建设技术与完善广西物流产业基础规划进行研究。提出构建"中国—东盟智慧物流园区"管理信息平台的建设规划,实现规划的整体思路及运营布局。文章的成果对于充分发挥广西与东盟国家和地区商贸物流的特殊区位优势,推动中国"一带一路"重要战略规划在广西落地,完善广西物流产业基础规划,促进整体社会、区域经济发展和环境效益的良性改善具有重要意义。

Based on the information research method as the main research method,integrated application of sys?tematic scientific method,this paper studied the improvement of the logistics industry in Guangxi by combining wisdomlogistics technology,management information platform construction technology and industrial park policy in industrialplanning role.The paper put forward to build“China-ASEAN wisdom logistics park”management information plat?form for the construction of the planning and implementation of the overall thinking and operation.The results of this ar?ticle is important to the development of Guangxi and ASEAN countries and regional trade logistics in special locationadvantage,and perfecting the logistics industry planning in Guangxi,promoting the whole society’s development,region?al economic development and environmental benefits of great significance.
