摘要
英国教师职前教育非常重视教师的培养质量,其主要特点包括:课程设置多样、注重理论提升、侧重能力培养等,凸显了理论与实践的密切结合。借鉴英国教师职前教育经验,我国教师职前教育应在加强教育科学课程建设的同时,增加教育实习的比重,强化教育实践锻炼,从而有效提高我国师资队伍培养的质量和水平。
The British teachers’pre-vocational education attaches great importance to the quality oftraining.The main features include curriculum diversity,focusing on theory and capacity-building,which for?mat the important characteristics of the combination of theory and practice.The pre service education of teach?ers in our country should strengthen the construction of educational science curriculum,at the same time,in?crease the proportion of educational practice,and strengthen the practice of educational practice,so as to effec?tively improve the quality and level of teacher training in china.
