摘要
太极拳作为一种健身活动,是我国传统体育项目之一,不仅是一种积极预防疾病、强健体魄的重要手段,也是一种陶冶情操、放松心境的高雅文化活动。长时间练习太极拳可以很好地调节优化神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统、骨骼肌肉关节及消化系统等。太极拳与中国传统文化联系密切,更以它的文化魅力和内在气韵修饰人的内在品质、锻炼人的意志、提高自我认知、并能有效的缓解压力、增强社交能力,对人的心理健康也起着不可忽视的作用。太极拳运动对于空间的大小没有严格的规定,且无论男女老少和不同体质状况的人都可以进行太极拳的锻炼。它对人体的身心健康有着很好的促进作用,同时太极拳简易开展的特点使太极拳得到更广泛的推广。
Twenty-four taijiquan,as one of our traditional sport fitness project,not only is a kind of positive prevention to diseases,an important means to keep fitness,is also a kind of temperament elegance,relaxed state of mind of cultural activities.Long-termpractice taijiquan can well adjust nerve system,cerebrovascular system,respiratory system,skeletal muscle joints,and the optimizationof the digestive system,Taijichuan has close links to the Chinese traditional culture,more with its cultural charm and inherentartistically decorated exercise within the people's will,improve self-awareness,and can effectively relieve stress.Taijiquan exercisehas no strict rules on the size of the space,and all the men and women,old and young,and people of different physical conditionscan be Taijiquan exercisers.It has a very good role in promoting people's physical and mental health,at the same time,Taijiquan thecharacteristics of simple and easy to carry out,which have taijiquan get a wider range of promotion.
