浅论眼神、眼法训练在高校武术教学中的缺失

On the Lack of Eye Training in the Teaching of Wushu in Colleges and Universities

中国武术,历来重视眼神、眼法的功能与作用。在武术套路演练中,眼神、眼法对武术神韵的表达起着画龙点睛的作用;在攻防搏斗中,眼神、眼法同样起着察敌详情、判断时机的重要作用。文章从眼神、眼法的概念出发,阐述其在武术运动中的特征和作用,并对当今高校武术教学过程中眼神、眼法训练的现状进行分析,再结合实际,提出建议,以期能为提高教学质量、增强学生演练水平提供帮助。

Chinese Wushu has always attached importance to the function and role of the eye.In Wushu routine performance,theexpression and the use of eyes play important roles:in the offensive and defensive combat,looking into the eyes,eye also observingenemy details,judging the timing.From The concepts of eye usage,the study describes the characteristics and functions of eyes inWushu,and carries on the analysis to the status of today's college Wushu teaching process in the use of eyes,eye training,combinedwith the actual situations,puts forward some suggestions,in order to improve the teaching quality and enhance students'exerciselevel.
